How does the process work?
Select your package options by completing our One-Click Room Order Form and then submit online. One of our team members from Elite Austin will reach out (during business hours: M-F, 8:30am – 5pm) to finalize your order including the delivery / pick-up fees, send our rental agreement, and schedule delivery. Your month one payment will be charged to your credit card listed in the rental agreement the day prior to delivery.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY FURNITURE DELIVERY?
Our expert team can typically deliver + install in one week or less from the date the rental agreement is signed.
HOW LONG IS THE RENTAL TERM?
Our minimum rental term is only one month and will renew monthly after that. Your monthly rental fee will be charged to the credit card listed in the rental agreement on your monthly billing date. The final month is prorated based on your 14 day move-out notice.
WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM MONTHLY RENTAL FEE?
Our minimum monthly rental fee starts at $195 per month, plus the cost of delivery + pick-up, which is quoted based on the package selected and delivery location
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN DELIVERY & PICK-UP?
Delivery includes assembly and placement of Elite Austin furniture, and pick-up includes disassembly and removal of the furnishings
WILL ELITE AUSTIN MOVE OR REMOVE FURNITURE I CURRENTLY HAVE?
Our delivery and pick-up fees do not include the moving or removal of non-Elite Austin furnishings. Should moving of non-Elite Austin furnishings be required during delivery or pick-up, our standard moving fee of $150/hour would be charged to card on file.
WHAT IF I HAVE PETS?
Everyone on the Elite Austin team loves animals! We do not restrict rentals to pet-free homes but clients are liable for all pet damage to the furniture. Pet stains, clawing, fabric snags, and smells are all the responsibility of the client and repair/replacement fees are determined on a case-by-case basis.
CAN I RENT TO OWN?
All of our rental packages are also available for purchase, however we do not offer a rent to own option. Should you choose to switch from rental to purchase, prior rental payments will not reduce total purchase price.
HOW DOES ELITE AUSTIN DETERMINE DAMAGE AND REPAIR COSTS?
Damage and repair costs are determined on a case-by-case basis. If furniture is able to be repaired or cleaned the applicable fee based on work involved will be charged to the card on file. Should an item be damaged beyond repair the client will be charged the item’s replacement cost.
