About VALERIE PIERCE

After graduating with a degree in marketing, Valerie spent several years working in business, sales and marketing roles. In 2008, Valerie decided to combine her professional experience with her lifelong passion for furniture and design. Elite Austin has grown into a full-service design firm with an incredible team who love furniture and design as much as Valerie does. She strongly believes in continued learning, self-improvement, and accomplishing goals by helping others.

A personal note from Valerie:

I love spending time with family, friends, and my golden retrievers, Lily and Hudson. Experiencing new cultures, trying innovative restaurants, and enjoying unique food and wine make me feel alive! My favorite simple pleasures in life are laughing until my stomach hurts, walking in the grass barefoot and being greeted by my excited dogs.

Traveling is one of my favorite things as it’s not only an opportunity to experience new places, but also provides design inspiration and an environment to brainstorm new ideas. My husband and I love spending time at our home away from home in Puerto Vallarta. Fun fact, our property in Puerto Vallarta is also known as the “Elite Retreat” which is a benefit for team members to vacation at once per year to help encourage a positive work life balance. 

All things furniture, real estate, remodeling, and design have always been personal passion projects that have fortunately merged with business. I’m so grateful for our amazing, inspiring team and it’s truly an honor to work with them every day. They’re passionate, collaborative, hardworking, and fun to be around. Each person brings a unique skill set to Elite Austin, and everyone works together to produce incredible results time and time again.
